SEAMLESS INDOOR-OUTDOOR TRANSITION
The design by Nelson Landscapes Ltd prioritised fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces. Patios, paving, and driveways formed the foundation of the layout, complemented by layered lighting, carefully positioned furniture, and integrated garden structures that create effortless movement while maintaining visual harmony, ensuring the garden feels like a natural extension of the home in every season.
HIGH-END OUTDOOR KITCHEN & PERGOLA
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, featuring a premium BBQ, pizza oven, fridge, and sink, sits beneath a custom aluminium pergola with a retractable roof. Integrated lighting, overhead heating, and stylish furnishings ensure the space is functional, comfortable, and inviting year-round.
FUNCTIONAL ZONES FOR ENTERTAINING & RELAXATION
Multiple dedicated zones were created for dining, cooking, and lounging. Each area is visually distinct yet connected, allowing smooth flow throughout the garden. This design approach strikes a balance between practicality and aesthetic cohesion, supporting both large gatherings and intimate moments.
FIRE FEATURES, WATER ELEMENTS & LIGHTING
Sculptural fire bowls, reflective water features, and layered lighting add drama, ambience, and tranquillity. Pools and bowls divide zones, provide cooling effects, and visually expand the garden, while LEDs and pendant heating enhance usability and atmosphere from day into night.
PLANTING SCHEME & FINISHING TOUCHES
The planting design blends structure and softness, using evergreen forms, Mediterranean containers, and herbaceous borders. Seasonal colours, fragrances, and textural contrasts complement the architectural palette, framing social zones and linking the garden's modern elegance with its natural woodland backdrop.
